- Lead infrastructure security programs, managing initiatives like cluster hardening and security observability to protect sensitive assets.
- Coordinate complex multi-team deployments, managing security control rollouts and migrations with careful change management.
- Make real-time technical trade-off decisions, balancing security controls with research velocity and operational feasibility.
- Build program structure for emerging security domains, creating charters, establishing roles, and defining success metrics.
- Partner with third-party partners to enhance security initiatives.
