Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Strong understanding of machine learning and AI concepts
- Experience with troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and ticketing systems
- Technical background in software development or engineering
Responsibility
- Resolve customer issues and assist in the successful adoption of the Anyscale platform
- Act as a technical advisor and internal champion for key customers
- Own customer issues end-to-end, including troubleshooting, triaging, escalations, and resolution
- Participate in a follow-the-sun customer support model to ensure continuity in resolving high priority tickets
- Track open customer bugs and feature requests to influence prioritization and provide timely updates
- Contribute to the improvement of internal tools and documentation based on observed patterns
- Provide feedback and collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance the product experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical stakeholders within customer accounts
