Qualification

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support or technical support roles
  • Strong understanding of machine learning and AI concepts
  • Experience with troubleshooting complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and ticketing systems
  • Technical background in software development or engineering

Responsibility

  • Resolve customer issues and assist in the successful adoption of the Anyscale platform
  • Act as a technical advisor and internal champion for key customers
  • Own customer issues end-to-end, including troubleshooting, triaging, escalations, and resolution
  • Participate in a follow-the-sun customer support model to ensure continuity in resolving high priority tickets
  • Track open customer bugs and feature requests to influence prioritization and provide timely updates
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal tools and documentation based on observed patterns
  • Provide feedback and collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance the product experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technical stakeholders within customer accounts
