The role involves creating product demos, educating customers, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure customer success.
Qualification
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and machine learning
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently and lead complex projects
- Experience in technical product demonstrations
- Familiarity with the Ray ecosystem and its applications
Responsibility
- Build product demos, tutorials, reference architectures, and blogs for the Anyscale platform
- Educate customers on using Ray effectively
- Assist customers in building applications on Ray
- Stay informed about the ML landscape and cutting-edge toolsets
- Act as the voice of customers, delivering solutions with product and engineering teams
- Engage with customers across all organizational levels, from C-suite to data scientists
