- Deeply understand and champion the needs of students and educators, ensuring their voices are embedded in day-to-day product decisions.
- Define a clear vision for course experience enhancements, aligning with broader business objectives.
- Work closely with design, engineering, curriculum, and operations to deliver delightful and impactful learning experiences.
- Collaborate with design and engineering to quickly prototype and test new ideas, gathering user feedback to iterate and improve.
- Utilize customer feedback, analytics, educational research, and market research to inform product decisions and prioritize roadmap.
