Qualification
- 2+ years of experience working within large, well-maintained codebases
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional partners (e.g. PM, design)
- Sound judgment when balancing speed with code quality and maintainability
- Experience with SaaS applications and product development processes
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with specific in-office requirements
Responsibility
- Work in a high-performance, dynamic team with a strong focus on velocity and software quality
- Contribute to building a complex SaaS application that is a market leader in its segment
- Be exposed to Asana’s core infrastructure, particularly how data is represented, stored and deleted in the storage layer
- Work with asynchronous jobs and implement algorithms that efficiently traverse the Asana Work Graph
- Implement data ownership rules in collaboration with legal, providing clear technical solutions for customers
- Drive large, impactful projects, delivering features for large organizations
- Support other teams and stakeholders in the team’s space
