- Deep understanding of CI/CD tools and processes, with hands-on experience using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent.
- Proficient in scripting and programming languages such as Python and Bash, and familiar with Terraform.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure and container orchestration systems like Kubernetes.
- Strong advocate for developer productivity.
Responsibility
- Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
- Architect automated deployment frameworks for zero-downtime releases and rapid iteration cycles.
- Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Product teams to enhance CI/CD workflows with automated testing and reporting.
- Mentor engineers in CI/CD best practices to foster continuous improvement.
- Spearhead strategic initiatives to improve CI/CD infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Stay updated on CI/CD and DevOps trends, recommending improvements and integrating AI tooling into the development lifecycle.
