About This Role:

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for growing and managing side accounts across categories such as travel, gaming, and other relevant verticals. This role requires strong video content creation skills, as well as a solid understanding of analytics and performance tracking to identify growth opportunities and optimize content strategies.Your contributions will help shape how millions of consumers interact with our platforms, guiding them to make smart, fair, and rewarding choices.

We want to build and grow niche, deal-focused social media accounts across key categories such as Travel, Gaming, and other relevant verticals to reach new audiences. While the main Dealabs account has achieved strong market penetration, future growth will come from expanding into specialized accounts that align with evolving social media algorithms and user consumption habits. By creating category-specific content, we can engage new communities, increase visibility, and diversify our audience acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Implement a strategy for our Instagram and TikTok second page dealabs.voyages.
  • Create and edit video content for our Instagram/TikTok second page dealabs.voyages.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to grow our travel audience and increase engagement on Instagram through Reels, using a data-driven approach to continuously test and optimize results.
  • Support our team on the Dealabs main account (Instagram and TikTok)
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) monthly to keep the team informed of the success of our social media initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align social media campaigns with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure Dealabs remains at the forefront of the social media landscape.
  • Respond to user comments, questions, and feedback on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and execute social media campaigns during special events, promotions, or partnerships.

Your Profile:

  • Fluent in French language with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 1–2 years of experience in video content creation, social media management, community management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, as well as their algorithms.
  • Strong experience with CapCut or similar editing software.
  • Proven track record in growing social media reach and engagement through video content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and strong visual aesthetics.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
