- Manage and coordinate clients and cases
- Conduct legal analysis and advocate for client perspectives
- Develop frameworks to match clients with appropriate law firms
- Collaborate with data science to implement matching systems
- Interview partner law firms to prioritize product features
- Work with Design and Product teams to create roadmaps and wireframes
- Partner with marketing to collect and showcase client testimonials
