- Drive major initiatives to maximize client acquisition in the Social Security Disability vertical
- Launch new client acquisition channels through rapid test-and-learn pilots
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate AI into the client funnel
- Build financial models to assess the economics of new initiatives
- Craft plans for significant investments, such as website redesigns
- Collaborate with marketing, product, client experience, operations, and finance teams
- Manage budgets and staffing for the legal verticals
