The Growth Lead role focuses on innovative marketing strategies to expand client reach in a competitive and regulated legal marketing space, combining traditional marketing with tech-driven approaches to optimize user experience and data infrastructure.
Qualification
- Proven experience in growth marketing or digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Experience managing marketing campaigns across various channels (SEM, paid social, etc.)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering
- Familiarity with marketing tools and data infrastructure management
Responsibility
- Own marketing channels with monthly estimates planning and budget optimization
- Evaluate new marketing channels through market research and create experimentation plans
- Manage media buyer agencies and contractors, setting strategic priorities and evaluating performance
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design client product experiences and landing pages
- Analyze performance across segments and provide insights to the Creative team for ad optimization
- Conduct market research for channels to identify opportunities and inform strategies
