We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented IT Coordinator to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will serve as a central point of contact for IT operations, providing essential coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth IT service delivery across the organization. You will work collaboratively with IT teams, end-users, and external vendors to optimize processes, manage projects, and maintain operational excellence.   • Coordinate and support IT projects from initiation through completion, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and result validation
  • Manage IT ticketing systems and help desk operations, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation of issues and requests
  • Serve as a liaison between IT teams, departments, and external vendors, facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables
  • Track and monitor IT project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation, escalating critical issues to management for decision-making
  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory, software licenses, and hardware tracking systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare and distribute regular status reports, meeting minutes, and performance dashboards to stakeholders
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees, coordinating IT access provisioning and equipment allocation
  • Assist with IT process improvement initiatives, analyzing workflows and recommending optimizations to enhance efficiency
  • Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, expense tracking, and departmental budget monitoring
  • Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting guidance to end-users, escalating complex issues appropriately
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement new systems, tools, and technologies, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven experience in IT coordination, project support, or similar administrative role within a technology environment
  • Strong proficiency with IT ticketing systems and help desk software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, or similar platforms)
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and evolving business needs

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and best practices
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating with external IT service providers
  • Familiarity with IT asset management and software license tracking
  • Basic understanding of IT security principles and compliance requirements
  • Experience with project management methodologies or tools
  • Certification in IT Service Management (ITIL) or related field
  • Previous experience supporting multiple departments or large user populations
