Qualification
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and physician labor challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with C-suite executives and decision makers
- Experience in developing strategic networking plans
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in using CRM software and managing sales pipelines
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic networking plans to penetrate target markets
- Identify and engage with C-suite executives and buyers in health systems
- Create innovative approaches to meet potential clients and build lasting relationships
- Develop and cultivate relationships that result in new contracts for Aya Healthcare
- Convey Aya Healthcare’s unique value proposition to key decision makers within potential new hospital accounts
- Demonstrate and effectively present Aya Healthcare’s full suite of services and software to healthcare organizations
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and social gatherings
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients
