Qualification

  • Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and utilize insights for decision-making.
  • Experience in customer service and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibility

  • Hold regular one-on-one meetings with recruiters to review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assist with issues.
  • Drive individual and team performance to meet and exceed performance metrics.
  • Utilize reporting to facilitate meetings and guide decision-making.
  • Discuss the well-being of team members and address concerns proactively.
  • Communicate expectations clearly for alignment with company goals.
  • Respond promptly to questions and requests from team and clients.
  • Manage up to 4 direct reports while maintaining a recruitment desk.
  • Serve as an escalation point for clinician complaints and reassignments.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in interactions with team members and clients.
  • Utilize strategic thinking to effectively problem-solve and provide creative solutions.
