Qualification
- Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and utilize insights for decision-making.
- Experience in customer service and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibility
- Hold regular one-on-one meetings with recruiters to review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assist with issues.
- Drive individual and team performance to meet and exceed performance metrics.
- Utilize reporting to facilitate meetings and guide decision-making.
- Discuss the well-being of team members and address concerns proactively.
- Communicate expectations clearly for alignment with company goals.
- Respond promptly to questions and requests from team and clients.
- Manage up to 4 direct reports while maintaining a recruitment desk.
- Serve as an escalation point for clinician complaints and reassignments.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in interactions with team members and clients.
- Utilize strategic thinking to effectively problem-solve and provide creative solutions.
