Qualification
- Strong programming skills in Python, particularly for machine learning projects.
- Experience in software development and deployment in a production environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with customers and engineering teams.
- Understanding of AI applications and their deployment at scale.
- Experience in product management or technical customer success is a plus.
Responsibility
- Develop and maintain software systems and product features using general-purpose programming languages, preferably Python.
- Design, implement, and deploy Baseten solutions end-to-end, collaborating with customers' engineering teams throughout the customer journey.
- Drive customer impact by translating ambiguous business goals into reliable, observable services.
- Monitor and evaluate deployed solutions to ensure quality, latency, and cost outcomes.
- Engage in hands-on coding and software development while also participating in product management and technical customer success.
