- Experience in collaborating with Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, and broader marketing organizations.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across AMERS and across segments with a focus on Enterprise.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a regional marketing team, instilling a high-performance, metrics-driven culture.
- Drive execution of multi-channel campaigns across digital, OOH, tradeshows, owned events, webinars, and partner channels to support pipeline goals.
- Establish processes to drive and measure a repeatable, scalable and predictable demand generation machine, analyzing campaigns and sharing data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Plan and manage field marketing programs such as events, executive roundtables, and trade shows, ensuring alignment with personas and regional objectives.
- Own the marketing relationship with sales leaders, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication to drive shared pipeline goals.
