- Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and executing successful product launches.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in the biotech industry.
Responsibility
- Lead a team of product marketers to define and champion market positioning and narrative for Benchling.
- Build, scale, and develop direct reports and a broader talent pool within the Marketing organization.
- Collaborate and drive alignment with the C-suite and senior sales and product leadership.
- Lead cross-functionally with leaders across Marketing, Product, pre-Sales, Sales, and post-Sales to create alignment for GTM launch strategy.
- Shape compelling positioning and own GTM strategy that accelerates adoption and revenue.
