- Ability to translate customer objectives into detailed solutions.
- Experience in pre-sales roles or customer-facing positions.
Responsibility
- Partner with account executives and leadership to create strategies for customer engagement and solution selection.
- Conduct organized discovery sessions to identify customer needs and requirements.
- Develop solutions leveraging Benchling's capabilities and industry best practices that align with customer scientific processes.
- Present and demonstrate solutions effectively, addressing customer questions and objections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations and integrate well with existing technologies.
