They are seeking AI Enterprise Engineers to work with enterprise customers, defining model specifications and improving model performance through advanced AI techniques. The role emphasizes a blend of research and practical execution, requiring a strong background in machine learning and Python.
Qualification
- Experience in Python and machine learning product development.
- Strong computer science or electrical engineering background, with MS/PhD preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in machine learning and AI fundamentals, including model evaluation, training, and fine-tuning.
- Experience deploying models in production.
- Interest in research and publication, with experience in top AI venues being a plus.
Responsibility
- Work directly with enterprise customers to own strategy and execution.
- Define model and agent specifications based on user pain points.
- Design specialized agents tailored to customer needs.
- Benchmark models and create datasets using Bespoke Labs tools.
- Improve model performance through context optimization and post-training techniques.
