Bliro is seeking a motivated intern for their Sales Development (SDR) team in Munich. The internship lasts 3-6 months and offers full-time engagement. Bliro focuses on revolutionizing customer team workflows using AI, providing real-time transcription and analysis of customer conversations. The role involves identifying potential customers, developing sales processes, and gaining insights into B2B SaaS sales. Ideal candidates are students with a passion for sales and technology, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Qualification
- Currently enrolled student in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communication, Psychology)
- Interest in sales, startups, and technology
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and teamwork
- Enjoyment in interacting with people, both verbally and in writing
- Fluent in German (C2) and good command of English (at least C1)
- Preferred but not required: prior experience in outbound sales (internships, student jobs)
- Preferred but not required: familiarity with tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or LaGrowthMachine
Responsibility
- Act as the first point of contact for potential customers
- Identify and research potential customers and target groups
- Conduct initial conversations with leads to explain the value of the solution
- Utilize email, LinkedIn, and other channels for outreach
- Develop sales processes by testing outreach strategies and analyzing effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with the Account Executive team and marketing to nurture leads
- Contribute ideas to improve the efficiency of the sales pipeline
- Receive weekly coaching and feedback to enhance skills
