- 2+ years managing high performing teams.
- Proven ability to drive adoption of engineering best practices (e.g., CI/CD, testing methodologies).
- Passionate about customer experience and product delivery.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibility
- Manage the full platform lifecycle of Canvas, focusing on marketing automation workflows.
- Refine the platform based on user feedback and expand its capabilities for complex real-time workflows.
- Contribute to the architecture, development, and optimization of the product.
- Define efficient processes to drive team success and foster professional growth among engineers.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Designer to align team efforts with product objectives.
