Brex is seeking a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager II to manage a portfolio of clients, primarily finance teams, ensuring they maximize the value of Brex's AI-powered spend platform. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and strategic account management to drive product adoption and minimize churn. The position is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work model.
Qualification
- Experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Proven track record of driving customer engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibility
- Own a book of business and manage relationships with finance teams from CFOs to Accounting Managers.
- Develop deep expertise in Brex products to demonstrate value to customers.
- Create and execute account strategies aligned with customers' business goals.
- Leverage product usage insights to drive product adoption and minimize churn.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Solutions, and Product teams.
