The role involves cross-functional collaboration and strategic account management to drive product adoption and minimize churn. The position is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work model.

Qualification

  • Experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of driving customer engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibility

  • Own a book of business and manage relationships with finance teams from CFOs to Accounting Managers.
  • Develop deep expertise in Brex products to demonstrate value to customers.
  • Create and execute account strategies aligned with customers' business goals.
  • Leverage product usage insights to drive product adoption and minimize churn.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Solutions, and Product teams.
