Qualification
- Experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Proven track record of driving product adoption and minimizing churn.
Responsibility
- Own a book of business comprised of a growing customer base.
- Work day to day with finance teams from CFOs to Accounting Managers.
- Develop a deep proficiency in all aspects of Brex products.
- Create and execute account strategies for customers’ business goals.
- Leverage product usage insights to drive product adoption and minimize churn.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Implementation, Solutions, and Product.
- Engage stakeholders to enhance customer relationships and account value.
