Qualification

  • Experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of driving product adoption and minimizing churn.

Responsibility

  • Own a book of business comprised of a growing customer base.
  • Work day to day with finance teams from CFOs to Accounting Managers.
  • Develop a deep proficiency in all aspects of Brex products.
  • Create and execute account strategies for customers’ business goals.
  • Leverage product usage insights to drive product adoption and minimize churn.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Implementation, Solutions, and Product.
  • Engage stakeholders to enhance customer relationships and account value.
