Brex is seeking a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager II to manage a portfolio of customers, primarily finance teams, ensuring they maximize the value of Brex's AI-powered spend platform. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and strategic account management to drive product adoption and minimize churn. This position is based in Vancouver with a hybrid work model.
Qualification
- Experience in customer success or account management
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
- Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in using data to drive decisions and strategies
Responsibility
- Own a book of business comprised of a growing customer base
- Work day to day with finance teams from CFOs to Accounting Managers
- Develop a deep proficiency in all aspects of Brex products
- Create and execute account strategies for customers’ business goals
- Leverage product usage insights to drive product adoption
- Minimize churn and grow account value
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Solutions, and Product teams
