Brex is seeking a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager II to manage a portfolio of customers, primarily finance teams, ensuring they maximize the value of Brex's AI-powered spend platform. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and strategic account management to drive product adoption and minimize churn. This position is based in Vancouver with a hybrid work model.

Qualification

  • Experience in customer success or account management
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in using data to drive decisions and strategies

Responsibility

  • Own a book of business comprised of a growing customer base
  • Work day to day with finance teams from CFOs to Accounting Managers
  • Develop a deep proficiency in all aspects of Brex products
  • Create and execute account strategies for customers’ business goals
  • Leverage product usage insights to drive product adoption
  • Minimize churn and grow account value
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Solutions, and Product teams
