- Proven track record as a senior full-stack engineer with leadership across multiple teams.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable APIs, UIs, and integration services.
- Proficiency with RESTful and GraphQL APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Strong focus on reliability, observability, and achieving defined SLAs.
- Experience mentoring engineers and fostering career growth across levels.
- Ability to drive scalable improvements in delivery, quality, and cross-team collaboration.
- Experience leading cross-team initiatives and aligning execution with architectural vision and business goals.
- Familiarity with API lifecycle management, including versioning, authentication, and monitoring.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and influencing engineering outcomes.
Responsibility
- Lead technical efforts across multiple teams or subsystems and own system architecture across the stack.
- Drive technical innovation by researching and prototyping new technologies and architectural approaches.
- Own reliability, observability, and operational excellence of key systems, ensuring SLAs are met or exceeded.
- Mentor and sponsor engineers across levels to support career growth and broaden technical participation.
- Continuously evolve team processes and drive scalable improvements in delivery, quality, and collaboration.
- Provide strong technical leadership across one or more scrum teams, aligning execution with architectural vision and business goals.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure APIs, UIs, and integration services.
- Implement RESTful, GraphQL, and event-driven APIs/UIs for internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with product, data, and platform teams to ensure seamless system interoperability.
- Manage API lifecycle including versioning, authentication, monitoring, and other operational aspects.
