Qualification

  • Proven experience in channel engagement or partner strategy, preferably with large brokerage or financial services partners.
  • Strong consultative and solution-design capabilities with the ability to translate business objectives into programs.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Partner teams.
  • Ability to build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior-level partner executives.
  • Track record of driving pipeline growth through strategic partner engagement (not traditional quota-based sales).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for co-innovation and go-to-market alignment.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a remote, distributed environment.

Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary strategic lead for 1-2 major brokerage organizations, owning relationships and aligning their national objectives, regional dynamics, and client needs with Businessolver offerings.
  • Translate partner insights into designed solutions, programs, and co-innovation opportunities that unlock shared value.
  • Collaborate with Direct Sales, Product, and Partner teams to ensure Businessolver is viewed as a trusted advisor rather than a vendor.
  • Drive pipeline by ensuring broker strategies are connected to Businessolver go-to-market motions and by engaging directly in high-priority deals.
  • Foster long-term partnerships and programs with brokerages to create a sustainable, higher-quality pipeline.
  • Work cross-functionally to design assets and programs that support partner success and revenue growth.
  • Monitor progress, measure impact on pipeline, and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
