The Architect III position involves collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to contribute to design, production, and architectural detailing. The role requires strong communication and coordination skills, as well as proficiency in architectural software. Candidates should have a relevant degree, significant professional experience, and current architectural registration in the U.S.
Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.
- Minimum 6 years of related professional experience required.
- Current Architectural Registration in the United States required.
- CDT and LEED accreditation preferred.
- Must be a critical thinker and highly analytical.
- Must possess technical capabilities and be a fully qualified professional.
- Strong creative design portfolio is essential.
- Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
Responsibility
- Independently contribute design, production, coordination, and architectural detailing as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Assist in coordination of engineering systems with engineers and consultants.
- Maintain communications with the Owner and Consultants on project status, design intent, concerns and questions.
- Prepare design sketches of moderate to complex site plans.
- Communicate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of project documents.
- Evaluate design for code compliance and assist in plan check review and approvals.
- Perform field site observations, requiring physical walk-throughs of the site.
- Coordinate with all other team members on project assignments.
- Supervise, monitor, train and direct work of interns and less experienced team members.
- Take a leadership role within the project team and in team meetings.
