- Conduct regular touchpoints with senior design leaders and other design leaders in the region.
- Hold virtual and in-person regional design-standard reviews.
- Oversee regional third-party recognition and publication of projects in design media outlets.
- Partner with marketing and communications teams to build narratives and communicate the impact of work at a regional level.
- Represent the firm externally at regional events and conferences.
- Identify strategic placement and speaking opportunities with executive and communications teams.
