- Own the hiring process for mobile engineers, building a diverse and skilled team.
- Define the technical direction for mobile platforms, ensuring architectural integrity and code quality.
- Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of mobile features in collaboration with Product, Design, and Backend teams.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture.
