Qualification
- Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in a tech or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to address challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a hands-on approach.
- Familiarity with the international payments landscape and emerging markets.
Responsibility
- Acquire new corporate customers in Côte d'Ivoire and expand to the UEMOA region.
- Identify customer challenges and convert leads into long-term customers.
- Drive repeat transactions by nurturing existing customer relationships.
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process for effective platform use.
- Conduct outbound calls to trigger first-time payments and support early adoption.
- Engage with inactive and churned accounts to identify reactivation opportunities.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address requests and complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
