Qualification
- Proven experience as a People Business Partner or similar role
- Strong understanding of HR practices and people strategies
- Excellent coaching and influencing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders
- Experience in organisational design and change management
Responsibility
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies that drive business performance and colleague engagement
- Coach and influence senior leaders on key people topics such as organisational design, leadership development, talent planning, and change management
- Act as a trusted advisor and culture partner to business leaders
- Enable leadership capability and enhance colleague experience
- Deliver on organisational goals and drive cultural growth
