Qualification
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a tech or app-based environment.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and user experience design.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product lifecycles.
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights to inform product decisions.
- Familiarity with AI applications in product development and customer experience.
Responsibility
- Lead product strategy and execution for customer journey experiences across verticals.
- Define and continuously improve flows such as ride creation, order tracking, and delivery visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Design, Research, and Data.
- Own the in-ride experience or the multi-vertical Activities layer depending on business needs.
- Balance customer empathy with product intuition and technical fluency.
