Casap, a Series A startup in San Francisco, is seeking a Director of Growth to establish relationships and generate sales opportunities with banks, credit unions, and fintech leaders. The role involves strategic outreach, low-volume cold calling, and hosting events to educate the market about Casap's autonomous banking platform.

Qualification

  • Sales experience, preferably in a related field
  • Ability to build relationships with a diverse range of individuals
  • Self-starter mentality with high autonomy in a startup environment
  • Resourceful and able to succeed without big company brand recognition
  • Comfortable with phone and in-person interactions with executives
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Natural charisma and executive presence

Responsibility

  • Partner directly with a Senior Account Executive to develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns for a focused list of large strategic accounts in your territory
  • Conduct thoughtful, low-volume cold calling and email outreach to bank, credit union, and fintech executives
  • Travel 1-2 times per month to attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
  • Create and host your own events such as dinner series, customer roundtables, and executive briefings
  • Work closely with your paired AE on account strategy, messaging, and relationship building for complex sales cycles
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects over 6-12 month timeframes
  • Collaborate on account planning and territory strategy to maximize coverage of high-value prospects
  • Track and report on relationship-building activities, pipeline generation, and territory development metrics
