Casap is a Series A startup based in San Francisco, focused on automating disputes and combating friendly fraud in the banking sector. They are seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to lead customer onboarding and ensure successful integration of their product with financial institutions.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, solutions engineering, or customer implementation roles, ideally in SaaS or fintech.
  • Strong technical fluency in APIs, data workflows, and customer environments.
  • Direct experience working with enterprise clients in financial services or regulated industries.
  • Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with fraud systems, payment infrastructure, or chargeback processes.

Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers from post-sale through go-live.
  • Lead technical kickoff calls, aligning on scope, timeline, and integration needs.
  • Translate client requirements into clear technical specifications for the engineering team.
  • Coordinate with client-side IT, InfoSec, and fraud teams to drive integrations forward.
  • Partner closely with internal engineering and product teams to scope work and remove blockers.
  • Manage onboarding meetings and communications with a white-glove approach.
  • Represent Casap professionally when working with financial institutions and fintechs.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to the platform support team once clients are fully live.
