Celonis is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect to design transformative solution architectures for clients, focusing on enterprise modernization and leveraging AI technologies. The role involves engaging with C-level executives, supporting sales efforts, and collaborating with various internal teams to drive customer success and innovation.
Qualification
- Proven experience in designing solution architectures for enterprise modernization.
- Strong technical expertise in cloud strategies and capability mapping.
- Ability to confidently present to C-level executives and translate strategic goals into technical plans.
- Experience in engaging with sales teams to support revenue goals and overcome technical blockers.
- Familiarity with emergent technologies, particularly in AI and data-driven solutions.
Responsibility
- Lead and define the overall architecture, data, and cloud strategy for major client accounts.
- Engage with and present to customer C-level executives, aligning their strategic objectives with Celonis' technical strategy.
- Drive innovation by identifying and architecting solutions that leverage emergent technologies, including Agentic AI.
- Act as a liaison between Celonis' product & engineering teams and client teams to provide optimal technical services.
- Assess the IT landscape maturity of the customer installed base for the region.
- Participate in pre-Sales and post-Sales phases by engaging with customer Architecture and security teams.
- Coach and guide Celonis consulting teams and ecosystem partners on technical implementation issues.
