The role involves engaging with C-level executives, driving enterprise modernization, and collaborating with various teams to support sales and customer success.
Qualification
- Proven experience in designing solution architectures for enterprise modernization.
- Strong technical expertise in cloud strategy and capability mapping.
- Ability to confidently present to C-level executives.
- Experience with emergent technologies, particularly Agentic AI.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with sales, engineering, and product management teams.
- Experience in pre-Sales and post-Sales engagements with clients.
- Ability to assess IT landscape maturity and provide actionable insights.
Responsibility
- Lead and define the overall architecture, data, and cloud strategy for major client accounts.
- Engage with and present to customer C-level executives, aligning their strategic objectives with Celonis's technical strategy.
- Drive innovation by architecting solutions that leverage emergent technologies, including Agentic AI.
- Act as a liaison between Celonis's product & engineering teams and client teams to provide optimal technical services.
- Assess the IT landscape maturity of the customer installed base for the region.
- Participate in pre-Sales and post-Sales phases by engaging with customer Architecture and security teams.
- Coach and guide Celonis consulting teams and ecosystem partners on technical implementation issues.
