Celonis is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect to design transformative solution architectures for prospects and customers, leveraging AI and data to enhance business processes. This role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to engage with C-level executives, translating strategic goals into actionable plans. The architect will work closely with sales and technical teams to drive enterprise modernization and support customer engagements.
Qualification
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture and solution design
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and data strategies
- Ability to engage and present to C-level executives
- Experience with AI technologies, particularly Agentic AI
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to assess and improve IT landscape maturity
- Experience in pre-Sales and post-Sales engagements
- Technical background in architecture, integration, performance, and scalability
Responsibility
- Lead and define the overall architecture, data and cloud strategy for our largest client accounts
- Engage confidently with customers at the C-level to align their strategic objectives with Celonis' technical strategy
- Drive innovation by identifying and architecting solutions that leverage emergent technologies, including Agentic AI
- Act as a bridge between Celonis' product & engineering teams and client teams to provide optimal technical services
- Assess the IT landscape maturity of our customer installed base in the region
- Participate in pre-Sales and post-Sales phases, engaging with customer architecture and security teams
- Coach and guide Celonis consulting teams and ecosystem partners on technical implementation issues
- Develop reusable assets for consulting teams on projects
- Create customer-facing position papers and thought leadership presentations on architecture
