They are seeking an AI Engineer to collaborate with researchers in building and optimizing software and infrastructure for AI-driven drug discovery applications, based in San Francisco, CA.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Deep understanding of operating system internals (Unix).
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure such as Slurm and Kubernetes.
- Experience with performance engineering, including profiling tools and optimizing CPU and GPU workloads.
- Experience writing, building, and maintaining large-scale ETL pipelines.
- Experience using deep learning libraries such as PyTorch.
Responsibility
- Collaborate with AI researchers to design, implement, and maintain software systems for AI-driven drug discovery applications.
- Develop and optimize high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure.
- Integrate AI models into production systems, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Maintain software and infrastructure that supports AI-driven drug discovery pipeline.
- Work closely with the founding team to contribute to impactful advancements in AI x biology.
