Chai Discovery
Chai Discovery is seeking a Scientist with expertise in drug discovery and antibody engineering to engage with global biopharmaceutical partners. The role involves educating partners on Chai's AI platform, understanding their drug programs, and identifying opportunities for collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advancing therapeutic design through AI.
Qualification
- PhD or equivalent experience in Biological Sciences, Protein Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field.
- Hands-on expertise in antibody-based biologics design and characterization.
- Experience with molecular-biology workflows including cloning and purification.
- Familiarity with binding and developability assays such as SPR/BLI and ELISA.
- Exposure to computational tools and emerging AI/ML technologies.
Responsibility
- Engage with global biopharmaceutical partners to ensure successful collaborations.
- Educate partners on the capabilities and limitations of Chai's AI platform.
- Analyze partners' drug programs to identify opportunities and potential issues.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and tips for using the AI platform.
