Responsibility
- Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration
- Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across primary care, behavioral health, and community organizations
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance outreach efforts and improve patient access
- Monitor and analyze outreach metrics to inform strategy and improve effectiveness
- Conduct presentations and training sessions for referral partners to promote Charlie Health's services
