Qualification

Responsibility
- Support new admissions goals and overall team performance
- Manage and lead a team of Outreach Directors and Managers in a specific region
- Measure and own KPIs across the region, reporting upwards
- Identify patient referral sources and build relationships with clinical partners
- Facilitate admissions for at-risk youth and ensure awareness of Charlie Health’s programs
