- Delivering a high-impact Consumer Growth roadmap that aligns our business strategy with real-world execution across marketing, product, and data.
- Leading projects that improve how we work by building scalable frameworks for investment allocation and product prioritisation that drive serious ROI.
- Collaborating with the VP of Consumer and cross-functional heads to oversee the delivery of loyalty programs, retention strategies, and new digital experiences.
- Making sure every interaction leaves people feeling confident by designing operational processes that ensure speed, consistency, and excellence across the homeowner journey.

You'll Do Well Here If You Bring
- Experience in strategy, operations, or growth roles, ideally within a consulting firm or a fast-paced consumer, marketplace, or digital platform business.
- A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with a proven track record of leading cross-functional workstreams that deliver measurable impact.
- Strong communication skills and a curiosity to solve problems, specifically the ability to derive insights from complex data and translate them into a clear story for stakeholders.
- Confidence with growth economics and analytical tools, and a pragmatic, data-driven mindset that helps you move quickly in ambiguous environments.
