- Monitor and track hardware and software inventory according to IT Asset Lifecycle procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to networks, client/server systems, and peripherals.
- Perform routine maintenance of conference rooms and IT equipment.
- Serve as an escalation point for desktop-related issues and provide mentorship to junior staff.
- Respond to second and third level technical support requests via various channels.
