  • Collaborate with specialty teams to deliver custom IT solutions aligned with standards.
  • Monitor and track hardware and software inventory according to IT Asset Lifecycle procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to networks, client/server systems, and peripherals.
  • Perform routine maintenance of conference rooms and IT equipment.
  • Serve as an escalation point for desktop-related issues and provide mentorship to junior staff.
  • Respond to second and third level technical support requests via various channels.
