Qualification
- 6+ years of relevant experience in supply chain or an advanced degree in a related field.
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with statistical modeling.
- Proven experience in purchasing, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and SQL.
Responsibility
- Partner with technology and product teams to drive improvement in systems, tools, and processes.
- Manage complex suppliers and influence them to improve supply chain performance.
- Lead multiple large cross-functional projects and working groups.
- Analyze large data sets to identify actionable insights for improvement.
- Develop project white papers or plans requiring input from multiple contributors.
- Create scalable solutions applicable across the Instock organization.
- Negotiate with others to achieve win-win outcomes and interact with leadership effectively.
- Design, validate, and institutionalize best practices within the Instock organization.
