Responsibility
- Define team purpose and areas of ownership, ensuring goals are understood and internalized.
- Plan, prioritize, and staff the team, setting and updating the team roadmap in collaboration with PMs.
- Build and maintain a positive team culture that motivates and engages team members.
- Hire and onboard top engineering talent, ensuring new hires ramp up quickly and contribute effectively.
- Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives and collaborate with product, design, and support teams.
