- Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers
- Drive impact on revenue while maintaining close connections with product teams
- Provide technical expertise on enterprise deals and customer needs
- Collaborate with GTM Engineers to address technical questions and troubleshoot challenges
- Manage Clay's internal technical knowledge system, including demo libraries and best practice playbooks
- Influence product development through insights from customer interactions and POC builds
- Scale the Solutions team and systems during the company's growth phase
