Qualification
- At least 3 years of direct experience in deal desk operations or a related field, specifically for a company selling SaaS solutions

- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
Responsibility
- Review, restructure and process requests for sales quote approvals, order form updates and reviews, and client concessions in a timely and consistent manner
- Actively participate in deal structuring and provide knowledgeable guidance to the sales organization
- Collaborate with sales, finance, legal and Billing teams to ensure compliance with company policies
- Support business growth by taking a proactive and collaborative approach with both finance and external company stakeholders
- Participate in system improvements to drive growth and support changing processes
