Qualification
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and real-time collaboration.
- Experience with state consistency and concurrency models.
- Knowledge of CRDTs (Conflict-free Replicated Data Types) and operational transforms.
- Hands-on experience in transforming complex architectures into unified platforms.
- Ability to guide engineering culture through practical implementation.
Responsibility
- Own the architectural vision for real-time collaborative tools.
- Set new standards of performance and reliability for enterprise customers.
- Accountable for core architecture supporting millions of concurrent users.
- Diagnose deep, cross-cutting root problems in the existing architecture.
- Design a pragmatic path to overhaul core systems and improve product performance.
