Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in Application/Product Security or Security Operations
- Strong focus on security tool onboarding and optimization
- Understanding of vulnerability management, network security, and cloud security concepts
- Ability to make informed decisions with limited data
- Experience in evaluating build vs. buy decisions for security solutions
- Deep technical understanding of common security vulnerabilities and countermeasures
- Ability to communicate security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Flexible and constructive approach to problem-solving
Responsibility
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on security risks
- Lead security operations functions including vulnerability management and incident response
- Integrate security into applications throughout the software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure secure software deployment
- Drive and support bug bounty programs and application security reviews
- Assess and integrate security tools to automate security processes
- Gather and analyze security metrics to address cross-team security issues
- Provide empathetic problem-solving and innovative solutions
