The ideal candidate will have fluency in Japanese and English, and will work closely with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product improvement.
Qualification
- Fluent in Japanese and proficient in business English.
- Experience in technical pre-sales and post-sales roles.
- Strong understanding of AI and NLP technologies.
- Ability to design enterprise solutions and conduct customer evaluations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in collaborating with product and engineering teams.
- Proven track record of increasing product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Responsibility
- Develop a deep understanding of customer problems and map them to Cohere solutions.
- Serve as the trusted technical advisor and own the technical relationship with stakeholders.
- Build customer Proof of Concepts to showcase the business value of the platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
- Provide guidance on best practices for using Cohere and identify areas for improvement.
- Cultivate technical champions within customer organizations to drive adoption and gather feedback.
- Lead technical discussions on customer calls and facilitate evaluations and PoCs.
- Document processes to enable the solutions architect team to scale effectively.
