Responsibility
- Build and oversee all aspects of customer management
- Design and implement customer-facing strategy and processes
- Establish playbooks, systems, and best practices for customer engagement
- Collaborate with Executive, Solutions Engineering, Sales, Compliance, and Product teams
- Represent the voice of the customer to inform strategy and product roadmap
- Anticipate and address issues and opportunities for growth
- Become an expert in the Financial Technology space and customer partnerships
